IRB & PRRA Services

RBM Immigration Solutions provides professional representation and case preparation for individuals and families involved in proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). We assist clients through each stage of the process, from case preparation and evidence review to written submissions and representation at hearings and appeals.

Refugee Hearings - RPD

We provide representation and preparation for refugee protection hearings before the Refugee Protection Division (RPD). Our services include reviewing the refugee claim, preparing supporting evidence and affidavits, addressing credibility and risk issues, preparing clients for questioning, and presenting written and oral submissions on issues such as persecution, state protection and Internal Flight Alternative (IFA).

Refugee Appeals - RAD

If a refugee claim is refused by the RPD, we assist eligible clients with appeals before the Refugee Appeal Division (RAD). We review the RPD decision, identify potential errors, prepare appeal submissions and supporting evidence, and present the client's case in accordance with the RAD process.

Detention Hearings - ID

We represent individuals detained by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) in detention review proceedings before the Immigration Division (ID). Our services include preparing release plans, addressing concerns regarding detention, presenting alternatives to detention, and making submissions regarding the client's circumstances and community ties.

Sponsorship Appeals - IAD

We assist sponsors and applicants with eligible family sponsorship appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD). Our services include reviewing the refusal decision, preparing appeal materials and supporting evidence, developing submissions addressing the issues in the refusal, and representing clients during the appeal process.

PRRA Applications

We provide assistance with Pre-Removal Risk Assessment (PRRA) applications for individuals who may face persecution, torture, or a risk to their life or of cruel and unusual treatment or punishment if returned to their country of nationality. We assist with preparing the application, personal narrative, supporting evidence, affidavits, country-condition documentation, and written submissions addressing the risks upon return.
